By checking this box, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of CardWorks Submission Company LLC. I acknowledge and agree to all provisions regarding custody and risk of loss, limitation of liability, non-guarantee of grading outcomes, third-party grading decisions, pricing and fees (including CardWorks’ margins, discounts, and any grading company upcharges—such as additional charges commonly imposed by PSA or similar companies when a card receives a higher grade or assessed value than initially declared).
I further acknowledge and agree that any grading company upcharges, supplemental invoices, reassessed service level fees, or additional charges imposed after submission must be paid by me immediately upon notice from CardWorks Submission Company LLC. I understand and agree that I must pay the upcharge when submitting cards with CardWorks Submission Company LLC & failure to timely pay such amounts may result in delayed return of my cards and/or additional fees as permitted under the Terms of Service.
I agree to all dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained in the Terms of Service.
If I request slab cracking services from CardWorks Submission Company LLC, I expressly waive all liability and claims against CardWorks Submission Company LLC for any damage, destruction, loss of condition, or other harm that may occur to the card, slab, or related materials during the cracking, removal, or handling process, and I accept all related risks.
I consent to receive transactional and promotional communications via email and text message, and I understand that I may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
